Erykah was Erykah no more no less
The GenX Takeover Comedy Tour started about 1hr30 later due to rain, but I also saw her in Atlantic City where she was just as late with no rain. The venue was pretty decent with a picnic feel to things. I had my lawn chair, some good food, and friends. She didn't seem hype up there on stage, but she gave an outstanding encore performance that made up for it in Atlantic City. The tempo of her songs at the beginning of the concert was too slow, and she didn't perform enough of her old songs. By the time the crowd was having a good time, the concert was over. Didn't get me jazzed up. Over all I would say it was lackluster, worth $20 not the $40 that I paid.
